About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, you’ll use your nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, leading to a deep sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in condition.
- Manage medications proficiently.
- Lead and collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
- Foster a respectful and positive work environment through strong interpersonal communication.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) in interactions with residents, families, customers, and staff.

Pay
$36.50–$39 per hour, based on years of experience. Additional shift differentials: $4/hr for nights and $6/hr for weekends.
