Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift - Medical Telemetry

About the role

Join a dedicated medical telemetry team caring for medically complex patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. You will promote safe, compassionate, patient-centered care, educate patients and families on illness management, and participate in activities that enhance safety, quality, and compliance. Developing and communicating individualized care plans, assessing physical and psychosocial needs, and respecting patient preferences are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation per nursing standards
• Promote safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on illness management
• Participate in activities that enhance safety, quality, and compliance

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN, MSN)
• RN license required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and quality care
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience
