About the role
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU
- Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice
- Manage patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes
- Ensure care is provided in a safe and cost-effective manner
Requirements
- Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing
- Three years of related professional nursing experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Two years' Level III NICU experience required
Qualifications
