Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Effectively interact with patients, significant others, and other health care team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, intervene, implement, and evaluate patient care in a Neurotrauma Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with health care team members to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit.
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification within 6 months of start date.
- ACLS and Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within 12 months of start date.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Obtain a Specialty Nursing Certificate within 3 years of hire date.
Qualifications
- Previous critical care or cardiovascular experience preferred.
