Position Purpose
The Neuroscience Unit at Saint Francis Hospital provides multidisciplinary care to patients with neurological conditions such as acute stroke, transient ischemic attacks, seizure disorders & epilepsy.
Description
What You Will Do:
- Monitor, record and respond to patients’ clinical status.
- Aid in hyperacute and acute treatment and support.
- Encourage rehabilitation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Certified Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut.
- BLS certification required.
