Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro- Part-Time Weekends

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.
About the role
This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated sites in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The nurse in this role is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence-based practice, and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training/education to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness, and medical stability, as well as to staff. The Registered Nurse directs the practice of the Behavior Techs and/or CNA's on the unit and may participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required
- 1-2 years’ experience in nursing is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Pay
$42-50 per hour based on education and experience
