About the role

Provide specialized care to patients with kidney and metabolic disorders as part of a dedicated Nephrology/Metabolic team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor complex conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle changes
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to safety, quality improvement, and teamwork

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid nursing license and relevant clinical experience in nephrology or metabolic care
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
