Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions during admissions and shifts
- Perform procedures and monitor patient responses
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation
- Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate requests
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow‑up steps
- Document care accurately
- Provide compassionate, personalized care aligned with established nursing models and organizational values
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Diploma in Nursing
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to educate and advocate for patients and families
