About the role
This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Nephrology, providing direct patient care on a renal/telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized care plans
- Educating patients and families on managing illnesses and post-treatment needs
- Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication of care plans
- Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers

Qualifications
- RN licensure
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Less than 2 years of experience
