Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care - Per Diem

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care unit. Key Responsibilities Include Providing expert, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced clinical environment.Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.Prioritizing patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices.Precepting and mentoring new staff and students to promote professional growth.Contributing to quality improvement and safety initiatives at the point of care. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduation from an accredited nursing program or state-approved program for those with less than 3 years' experience.Current RN licensure and relevant certifications, including Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS).Minimum of 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning in an innovative environment.
