Registered Nurse (RN) Neighborhood Manager - Skilled Nursing - The Willows

About the role

The Neighborhood Manager is a Registered Nurse who ensures quality care and services for skilled nursing residents. This role oversees healthcare delivery and supervises other licensed and non-licensed professionals within a skilled nursing neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Assures quality care and services for skilled nursing residents.
• Safeguards the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood(s).
• Supervises the work of other licensed and non-licensed professional team members.

Requirements

• Be a Registered Nurse, with a valid license in good standing from the State of PA.
• Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience; long-term care experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and exhibit enthusiasm and motivation.
• Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
• Have working knowledge of Internet, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.

Pay

Salary Range: $73,400 - $93,500 annually, depending on experience + $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

M-F Daylight shift with rotating on-call.
