Compensation
- Starting Wages at $38.40-$50.34 per hour per hour Wage Calculation is based on experience, shift, a $3.40/hr Michigan Direct Care Incentive, a $5.00/hr weekend warrior program.

Job Functions
- Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
- Affirms and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders.
- Schedules and directs the nursing staff to extent permitted by state practice act.
- Administers medications, starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents, and documents that treatment as required company, and local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Coordinates nursing care of residents when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments.
- Interviews applicants and recommends hires.
- Participates in counseling, disciplinary action, and termination of staff, to extent permitted by state practice act.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Licenses/Certification: Valid RN license in the state employed. Valid CPR certification.
- Experience: One year of nursing experience preferred.
