About the role

Provide quality patient care and collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serve as a frontline representative, communicating with patients, families, and providers to ensure patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions
• Develop and execute care plans
• Prioritize patient flow and document assessments and interventions
• Advocate for patients and address concerns
• Educate families on health issues
• Participate in performance improvement efforts and support shared governance activities
• Support organizational policies and contribute to quality initiatives
• Demonstrate professionalism and accountability
• Perform other assigned tasks to uphold standards of safety, confidentiality, and excellence in patient care

Requirements

• Nursing diploma or degree
• Valid RN licensure (single state or multi-state)
• Certifications including BLS and ACLS
• Maintain professional licenses and complete required training
• Engage in ongoing professional development
