Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - Full-Time Nights

Role: RN Clinical Nurse, a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs and involving patients and families in care planning.Ensuring safe, quality care through effective documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to clinical standards.Supporting performance improvement initiatives, participating in research, and promoting best practices.Mentoring and serving as a preceptor for new staff and students to foster a competent workforce.Upholding organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including patient safety goals.Planning across the care continuum and supporting resource-efficient practices. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.Knowledge of professional nursing standards, evidence-based practice, and teamwork skills.
