About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity. They collaborate effectively with patients, families, and care teams, maintaining timely documentation and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree.
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of direct RN patient care experience.
