Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Intensive Care Unit
Full-time, night shift position with 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM at Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Medical Intensive Care Unit, you will contribute to making communities healthier through exceptional patient care. Your experience and dedication will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
Requirements
- Current state RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within 1 year of hire.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- One year of experience preferred.
