About the role

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, medication, and post-treatment care.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with a multidisciplinary team including social workers and pharmacists.
• The position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices at all times.

Qualifications

RN licensure, with a BSN and CCRN preferred; ICU experience is advantageous.
