Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and care for patients based on their clinical needs
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Develop and strengthen clinical skills within your assigned unit
• Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on quality patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
• BLS certification

Qualifications

• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
• Experienced RNs from Med-Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care, ICU, Critical Care, or other acute-care settings are welcome
