Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients.
• Assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, with the goal of discharging patients with an optimum level of care provided.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Perform and fulfill all HICS (Hospital Incident Command System) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed during emergencies and/or disasters.
• Know and adhere to the Hospital’s emergency codes, including appropriate actions for each, and follow Hospital policies and procedures for emergency situations.
• Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.

Preferred:

• Education: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).

Pay

$34.37 - $70.88

Individual wages are determined based on factors including qualifications and experience.

Sign-On Bonus

Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus based on eligibility.
