Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) on Terrace West, focusing on cardiac and medical patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination, transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support
- Educate patients and families
- Delegate tasks to ancillary staff and precept students or new hires
Qualifications
- Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
- New grads are welcome
