About the role

Join a collaborative team in a 20-bed hybrid Oncology unit that provides both Medical/Surgical and Progressive Level care, offering a unique acuity perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice and care, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of Community Health Network
  • Exhibit skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources

Requirements

  • Graduate of an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • 6-9 months of training will be provided for applicants without an Oncology background

Skills

  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Compassionate, caring, accountable, and self-directed
  • EPIC experience is a plus
