What We Are Looking For

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do

  • Build foundational skills and knowledge through Nurse Residency and Preceptor directed orientation
  • Build skills in time management, triaging accountabilities, communication skills, pharmacology, lab interpretation, pathophysiology of disease process through a variety of med/surg patients with acute and chronic conditions
  • Career Development: Become Chemo certified after 2 years
  • Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
  • Develop collaborative relationships with a resourceful multi-disciplinary team
  • Provide continuity of patient care through 12-hour shifts, patient centered care and team minded support
  • Be a valued member of a highly skilled, resilient, and versatile nursing team committed to ensuring the delivery of quality and compassionate healthcare to diverse patient populations
