Provides direct patient care in a 43-bed Med/Surg unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient-centered, relationship-based care, ensuring safety and quality compliance. Emphasis on leadership, education, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medications.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• RN license required.
• No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred.
