About the role

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. The Registered Nurse renders professional nursing care to patients assigned in a Med-Surg unit, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. Work encompasses direct and indirect patient care and collaboration with other disciplines involved in the provision of care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Minimum Experience: Graduate Nurse (GN) with temporary license
  • Required Certification: BLS, ACLS (to be completed by 2 months of employment)
  • Required Licensure: Valid Texas RN license
