Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg Career Pathway to Specialty Practice program. Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive inpatient care across diverse units including Med/Surg, Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology, and Medical Telemetry. Support patients with various diagnoses such as infections, respiratory issues, neurological events, and post-surgical recovery. Participate in structured learning, hands-on training, and professional development to build clinical skills and confidence. Opportunities for growth: Transition into specialty units like Labor & Delivery, ICU, Neuro Stepdown, Cardiology, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health within 12–18 months. Qualifications: Active RN license (Missouri or compact), nursing degree from an accredited program, and BLS certification.
