Responsibilities
- Plan and lead activities to meet all regulatory, accreditation and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs.
- Work to improve functions associated with operations to enable Tenet to meet standards, resulting in best practices and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the appropriate Corporate Team to ensure success and compliance of the program(s).
- Implement and monitor readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Physical Therapy, Laboratory Sciences, or other healthcare related fields.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in the profession.
- Certifications: Licensed as appropriate for education/profession (e.g., RN, PT, etc.) and AHA BLS.
