About the role
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of an assigned clinical department. Ensures the provision of high-quality care and services in accordance with Medical Center policy and regulatory requirements. Assists in the development, implementation, and administration of new services to achieve fiscal year business plans. Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure in current state
- 3-5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Pay
Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is a salaried position.
