Responsibilities Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staffProvide clinical oversight of resident care plansEnsure that the delivery of care meets expectationsAssess current and prospective residentsAssist in the hiring of clinical care staffFollow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies Qualifications Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licensePrevious experience supervising staffGeriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desiredPassion and drive for helping othersA desire to continue learning and improving your skillset Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
