• Provide leadership by collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel.
• Ensure patients receive cost-effective, professional care that results in positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
• Assess and implement steps to improve the quality of patient experience.
• Maintain the highest level of patient safety.
