About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a healthcare facility, delivering physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Review physician prescriptions and coordinate with the healthcare team
- Educate residents and families on care, medications, and self-care
- Evaluate and modify care plans based on resident needs
- Maintain a safe environment following infection control and safety protocols
- Manage resident care equipment and supplies
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Lead and coordinate nursing staff workflow
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions

- Adherence to safety and regulatory standards
Preferred Experience
1-3 years in a clinical or long-term care setting.
