Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing care
- Perform assessments, care planning, and evaluations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate care
- Administer treatments
- Delegate tasks
- Monitor resident conditions
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
- Support safe and compassionate care delivery
- Function within the Nurse Practice Act
- Serve as Charge Nurse if needed
- Maintain professional competencies
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in North Dakota or multistate compact
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Preference for BSN
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours weekly
- Full-time
- In-person position
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $32.50 to $48.00 based on experience
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
