About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Care, providing resident-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments, care planning, and implementation
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Administer treatments
- Delegate tasks
- Monitor resident conditions
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
- Support safe and compassionate care delivery
Schedule
Full-time evening shifts (8 hours, 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM), 40 hours per week.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in Minnesota or multistate compact
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- BSN preferred
- Ability to maintain necessary certifications
