About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care position, primarily focused on critical illness recovery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with physicians and preceptors to implement, evaluate, and follow up on patient care plans.
- Conducting systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
- Developing comprehensive nursing care plans with problem identification, diagnoses, interventions, and discharge planning.
- Participating actively as part of an interdisciplinary team in goal setting and care delivery.
- Ensuring accurate and complete documentation in medical records.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid State RN License.
- BLS certification at hire.
- Flexibility to complete program requirements.
