We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments
- Document accurately
- Interpret lab and telemetry data
- Ensure correct processing of medical orders
- Respond to rapid response and code events
- Provide patient and family education
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 6 months
- Clinical experience preferred
