About the Role
Select Specialty Hospital - Willingboro is a 69-bed facility employing over 180 caregivers in the greater Philadelphia area. We are a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. This full-time, day-shift position offers 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $45.00 to $61.34 (based on experience and weekend shift differentials)
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
- Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
- Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events
- Instruct and counsel patients and families
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS certification required at hire
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
