Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess and document resident health status.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in long-term care preferred.
• Current LPN license.
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification preferred.
