Registered Nurse RN, Labor & Delivery Per Diem

About the role

At Saint Mary’s Hospital, our Labor & Delivery unit nurses assist mothers with giving birth, help mothers recover from both vaginal and cesarean deliveries, provide care for newborns, and safely discharge mom and baby home.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to pregnant, laboring, or postpartum patients
• Offer hands-on and emotional support to patients

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut
• BLS certification
• Labor & Delivery experience
• Must be comfortable with rotating shifts, including nights

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour shifts
