Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They practice according to state regulations, professional standards, and evidence-based practices, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and fostering a respectful environment.Engage in professional development, mentorship, and performance improvement activities.Promote research, evidence-based practice, and adherence to organizational policies and safety standards.Support resource management and participate in protocol development to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.Current RN license and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NRP.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, respond to emergencies, and utilize technology.Excellent time management, critical thinking, and communication skills.
