Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D - PRN Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They practice according to professional standards, evidence-based guidelines, and organizational policies, ensuring patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity. Key Responsibilities: Conducts the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation); partners with patients and families; documents care; promotes teamwork through effective communication; supports performance improvement initiatives; mentors peers; participates in research and evidence-based practice; develops protocols; and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Qualifications & Skills: Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, valid licensure, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
