Registered Nurse (RN) Joint Program Coordinator

About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring patients meet all quality measures throughout their care journey while working collaboratively with surgeons and the care team to deliver a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeons, leadership, and staff to track the progress of the program and identify areas requiring attention.
• Generate and review reports related to program management, process improvement, patient and provider satisfaction.
