About the role
We are hiring a Clinic Director to lead the operations, performance, sales, and clinical execution of one of our IV Nutrition locations. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic, including client experience, revenue growth, membership sales, client retention, staff performance, and clinical quality. The Clinic Director serves as the leader of the business, ensuring operational excellence while creating an exceptional experience for every client.
Responsibilities
- Clinic Leadership & Ownership: Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution
- Sales, Membership Growth & Client Retention: Drive clinic sales performance through memberships, packages, retail offerings, and wellness services
- Client Experience & Growth: Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, and consistent experience
- Clinical Oversight & Quality: Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies and maintain compliance with all clinical regulations, standards, and protocols
- Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and develop clinic staff and lead team performance through coaching, accountability, and goal setting
- Operations & Execution: Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency and maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance and hold staff accountable to expectations and address performance issues quickly and effectively
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience

Working Conditions
8–12 hour shifts, 2–4 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per month required, clinic environment with climate control and adequate lighting, extended shifts are scheduled in advance, mandatory overtime is not a regular expectation of this role
