About the role
The Clinic Director is the leader of the business — ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment while creating an exceptional experience for every client. This role owns operations, clinic performance, hiring and performance management, sales, and all clinical execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead With an Ownership Mentality
- Own overall clinic performance — revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution — as the single point of accountability for the clinic
- Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and performance standards, keeping the clinic aligned with company goals and brand standards
- Track KPIs and turn them into clear action plans, leading with an ownership mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Grow the Business
- Drive sales through memberships, packages, retail, and wellness services, building a sales culture rooted in education, not pressure
- Set and coach toward sales and retention goals — through client consultations, outreach, and loyalty programs
- Review sales reports to spot growth opportunities, and partner with corporate on promotions and business development
- Engage the local community through marketing, networking, and outreach
- Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ensure every client gets a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience that earns long-term relationships and referrals
- Resolve concerns promptly and follow up when it matters — hospitality and exceptional care are non-negotiable
- Champion Clinical Excellence
- Ensure safe, effective administration of IV therapies, in compliance with clinical regulations, protocols, and physician/standing orders
- Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality, providing clinical guidance and support to staff
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence
- Build, Develop, and Manage Your Team
- Hire, train, and develop clinic staff, building a high-performance culture focused on results, client care, and growth
- Spot and develop future leaders, recognize high performers, and hold regular performance and development conversations
- Use performance metrics to drive accountability, addressing issues quickly and partnering with HR as needed
- Keep the clinic on track toward its operational, sales, and client satisfaction goals
- Keep the Day-to-Day Running Smoothly
- Ensure smooth daily operations, consistent service delivery, and efficient workflows across all shifts
- Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and supply ordering
- Execute company initiatives and process updates, and keep the clinic clean, organized, and compliant
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required
- Current BLS certification — required
- ACLS certification — preferred
- Experience
- 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or membership-based businesses preferred
- Working Knowledge
- Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, etc.)
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
- Sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management systems

- 8–12 hour shifts
- 2–4 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per month, based on staffing needs
- Comfortable, climate-controlled clinic environment
- Extended shifts are scheduled well in advance — mandatory overtime is not the norm
- Required 10-day onboarding training
