Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Therapy

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate infusion therapy by administering IV medications and therapies, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Cook up clinical and administrative operations, including scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews while maintaining effective communication with providers and care teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, assess understanding, and document teaching efforts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance in electronic health records and medication administration logs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years RN experience required.
• One-year acute care experience preferred.
• BSN required.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• PREFERRED CERTIFICATION: Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI).

Compliance / Notes

• A flu shot is required, no exceptions.
• Travelers will start on Wednesdays; orientation week for travelers on a 48-hour contract will guarantee only 36 hours due to midweek start.
