Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships.
- Work as part of a supportive care team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), required.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in Dialysis, In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) preferred.
- Current RN license in state of practice required.
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
- Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
- CNN certification a plus.
