Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and evaluate patient conditions
• Develop and implement care plans
• Collaborate with care team
• Ensure safe, effective care
• Maintain documentation

Advocate for Patients and Families

• Address concerns
• Provide education
• Communicate with care providers

Performance Improvement Initiatives

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Support organizational goals for quality and patient satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred)
• Current licensure as an RN (single state or multi-state compact)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (or equivalents), required upon hire
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and leadership abilities
