Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, contributing to care plans and promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelors in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS or ARC-ALS, and instructor certifications required upon hire.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient advocacy and quality improvement.
