Registered Nurse (RN) - Internal Medicine - $32-48 per hour

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Internal Medicine for a full-time, night shift role in a general medicine unit. Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-care needs.Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities.Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers to involvement.Ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.RN licensure required; no prior experience necessary, but <2 years experience is preferred.Additional Med Surg experience and a BSN are advantageous.
