Registered Nurse (RN) Intermediate Medical Care Unit

About the role
This is a full-time, night-shift position in our 12-bed Intermediate Medical Care Unit. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week: 6:45am–7:15pm or 6:45pm–7:15am. This unit accepts new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- One year of experience preferred

Pay
$20,000 sign-on bonus eligible.
