Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership RN Registered Nurse Clinical Care Delivery: Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care adhering strictly to physician orders and care plans.
  • Medication & Treatment Safety: Administer medications and perform treatments with 100% precision and compliance with facility protocols.
  • Order Management: Accurately transcribe physician orders to MAR/TAR and serve as the pharmacy liaison to ensure zero interruption in care.
  • Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous electronic records (EHR) regarding resident status and changes in condition.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs on your unit, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to resident emergencies, providing stabilization and initiating clinical protocols.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Must hold a Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin in good standing.
  • Experience: Prior experience in skilled nursing (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or sub-acute settings is a significant plus.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demeanor: A compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach to resident-centered care.
