About the role
Join a supportive and collaborative nursing team in a community-based hospital setting, providing exceptional patient care on a telemetry unit.
Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
- Promote respectful, equitable, and empathetic interactions with diverse populations, supporting emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.
- Evaluate patient condition changes, communicate effectively with families and team members, and update care plans accordingly.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, quality improvement, and community health activities.
Requirements
- Valid RN license required.
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
